While we move as a group through a 30-day temple journey, the Anima Mundi Parasite Cleanse Kit is designed to be anywhere from 2-10 days, depending on the level of intensity desired based on your body’s needs and readiness. These herbs can be very effective in smaller doses, as well as integrated into bigger cleanses.
